I’ve been looking for information that may explain why the pins I set in the Firefox Superpower ChatGPT extension keeps being deleted soon after I set them, but have been unable to find anything. Has anyone else been experiencing their pins disappearing? It’s very frustrating when I can’t count on these markers that I’ve set being there when I need to reference those locations in my conversations.

Any info would be appreciated.

Hi,
I just tested the Pin feature on Firefox. I don’t see any issue. I can pin messages, and refresh the page and pins load correctly. Are you seeing any errors in the console? Is there a way for me to repro this issue?
Thanks,
Saeed

Sure, the pins will load correctly after a refresh or two (…or more), but come back days later and the pins are GONE. The only way I could suggest reproducing the issue is to say wait a while and see if those pins are still there. I suspect they will not. But, please check and see. I’ve been experiencing this issue since the pins were introduced (…in Chrome & Firefox). The pins will remain for a few days maybe, but eventually, they always disappear on their own. That has been my experience with pins, anyway.

hello, i loved the extension but it is totally stopped working, when i say something to chatgpt with the extension installed it just keep loading and won’t answer, but its totally okay when i uninstall it, please is there any way to fix this?

There is an issue due to some changes made by OpenAI that is causing the extension to not work properly. I updated Firefox and GitHub, and Chrome is under review. Hopefully it’ll be released soon on Chrome as well. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you are seeing issues, please try turning off the auto-sync until the new version is released on Chrome

Hey the extension stopped working again on chrome?

Monetizing this kind of stuff immediately doesn’t make any sense. More users will be a lot more beneficial than a few dollars of ad revenue

Do you still have this issue? Can You explain what you mean by it stopped working? Do you see any errors in the console?

This extension is completely free to use for everyone. You don’y need to pay.

when i use the superpower i keep getting error "Our systems have detected unusual activity from your system. Please try again later.

The extension stopped working for a few days now, still haven’t gotten it to work on either Chrome or Firefox, same issues with the others, unable to generate responses since OpenAi seem to say I have done some ‘unusual activities’ but with the extension removed, it seemed to work fine. Hope you guys can find a solution to this, I really loved it and it has helped me so much!

I think if you added an ad removal subscription for a reasonable fee people would do it… I use it and have no complaints thank you !!

@ezi “Our systems have detected unusual activity from your system” is blocking all messages and the posted solution on your website is not working. Are you working on an update?

I figured out how to fix the “unusual activity” error! I tested it, and it all seems to be working perfectly. No need to switch between auto-sync. And you can switch between models mid-conversation without any issue. I’ve updated Github and Firefox with the latest version (V4.0.0) already. Chrome is under review and should be released soon. Please give it a try once released, and let me know how it works.

Unfortunately, I had to unplug the Superpower plug-in because it generates a bug where the left history column disappears

Hi,
Happy to help you figure out your issue. Did the whole sidebar disappear? or just the chat history inside it?

Let me know if any of those help you. Also feel free to join our Discord for faster communication and help. Superpower ChatGPT

Same for me, I really liked it because you can save the custom prompts but it keeps automatically refreshing the page where it will erase my prompts while I’m typing.

Hi,

I get logged out every day, and sometimes when I just don’t use it enough and the browser page is open.

Is this a normal open.ai thing?

One way or another, should I just live with it and refresh the page, or is there another option?

Joe

Can you assure us that the extension is kosher with OpenAI. I say this because I often get unusual activity errors and the website is just a bit squireler when I have SuperPower running. Its an amazing service that radically increases the value of GPTPlus, but I really don’t want to get my account GPTPlus cancelled for “unusual activity”

Try disabling the Auto-Refresh setting under the Auto-Sync tab in the settings menu.
