I think the feedback options could be improved.
Instead of only asking “Was this a good or bad answer?”, it would be useful to have separate options such as:
I like this answer
I don’t like this answer
A response can be factually correct but still be too long, too complicated, too dry, or simply not presented in the way the user prefers.
Separating “Is the answer correct?” from “Do you like the answer?” would provide much more useful feedback and help improve the user experience.
