I’d like to suggest a feature that could really improve the experience for users of the ChatGPT mobile app: receiving notifications when image generation becomes available again.
Currently, when the image generation tool is temporarily unavailable, users have to keep reopening the app just to check if it’s back — which can be frustrating. A simple opt-in notification system would be super helpful.
This feature would especially benefit those who work with illustration, storytelling, or character design, and rely on image generation frequently.
