I have an idea to improve the functionality of ChatGPT’s interface during conversations. Currently, the view window includes buttons like the microphone and cross/stop button, but it lacks a pause button.
When talking to ChatGPT, there are moments when a user might need time to think before continuing the conversation. Without a pause feature, ChatGPT often starts responding immediately, which can disrupt the natural flow of communication.
Adding a pause button would allow users to take their time to process thoughts, reflect, or compose their response without worrying about the AI jumping in too soon. Once the user is ready to continue, they could simply press the pause button again to resume the interaction.
This feature would make conversations more fluid and enjoyable, especially for those who prefer a thoughtful pace while discussing complex or personal topics.
