Suddenly downgraded to free

I have the exact same experience. I had upgraded but suddenly realized that I am back to free mode on my PC, while the mobile app remains upgraded

Has the sudden downgrade issue been fixed? I paid for my upgrade and my account is no longer showing my upgrade and I donā€™t see an option to contact someone about this.

August 2024ā€¦ This has just happened to me. I got a new laptop logged into microsoft edge browser and my account has both been downgraded and has no chat history. I logged into my mobile and still see everything there.

update:
I logged out, then logged back in after to doing this post. It gave me a new pop-up to choose whether or not to use the flagship or the API to ingergrate for business. I chose flagship. It then brought me back to login screen where you enter username and password or to sign in via google or microsoft. I continued my login credentials. It then brought me to a different login screen. I clicked login. Lastly, it brought me back to the login credentials page again and so I added it again and now I have everything back as normal.

This happened to me two days ago and is very annoying asking me to upgrade when I have just recently subscribedā€¦ I a little happy to see Iā€™m not on my own, but the question is, how can it be rectified? I have sent 3 emails to the customer support, but have yet to receive a reply which is starting to annoy me.
