Even though I’m a ChatGPT-4 subscriber, I’m unable to use GPT-4. Every time I enter a prompt, I immediately get an error.
I’ve been a paid subscriber for about a year, and up until now, I’ve had no issues and everything worked smoothly. However, suddenly, I started getting this orange error, and I’m no longer able to use the chat at all. When I contacted support, they said this error shouldn’t occur for paid subscribers. They offered me a refund and suggested I cancel my subscription. Is there really no way to fix this error? I’ve been using ChatGPT conveniently, and it’s very disappointing. Of course, I’ve tried clearing the cache, switching browsers, and even changing devices, but the result is always the same.
It has been two weeks since I became unable to use the service.
