Subscription Entitlement Desync — Cannot Access Support Portal

Hello,

I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber. My subscription is active and correctly billed.

However, I am experiencing an ongoing identity scope desync across devices:

  • On Web (Incognito): Plus badge shows correctly; chat history fully present.
  • On Mac Desktop App: No Plus badge; no chat history; GPT-4o available.
  • On iPad App: Plus subscription shows correctly in Settings; chat history present; no Plus badge.
  • On M4 Mini: Same behavior as iPad.
  • My chat history is fully intact across platforms.

Support Access Issues:

  • The main support portal (help.openai.com/requests/new) returns 404 when I attempt to open a support ticket.
  • The in-app chat support widget does not escalate; only returns knowledge base articles.

Troubleshooting steps already completed:

  • Full deletion of Mac app local data (Application Support, Caches, Preferences, Keychain).
  • Full logout and re-authentication across all devices.
  • Attempted support portal access across multiple browsers and devices.

This appears to be an OAuth identity scope / entitlement desync where session tokens issued to my apps lack the correct subscription entitlement claims, while my billing and chat data remain correct.

Since I am unable to access the normal support channels, I am posting here to request backend support intervention.
