I have $59 in prepaid credits and have been on Tier 1 for 10+ days. I’m getting the runaround from the support bot. I need a manual tier review.
The organization tier will only be recalculated at the time of a followup payment. The aging since the first payment does not automatically recalculate for you.
You can make another minimum payment of $5, and you should then nearly-instantly get the tier based on the criteria of total paid and first payment age.
