Strange symbols displayed trying to use gpt-3.5-turbo

Result in screenshot. Tried with multiple API keys. Had to switch to text-davinci-003 which works fine.

Any thoughts / help please to correct?

Can you attach a screenshot of the API call you are making ? The call to turbo and 4 compared to da vinci 3 is a bit different, maybe that is the cause of your error ?
