I was using chatgpt and asked a question about a |. shortly after the error occurred during generation. there was no regenerate or way to continue talking so I refreshed the page. this caused the page to load twice overitself and become unreadable and corrupted. A subsequent reload caused this to turn into a completely blank page with no features at all. And then it persisted even after removing all cookies and attempting to sign in. I don’t know much about this kind of thing but did I accidentally cause some kind of injection red flag? it seems odd that I am unable to log in again on the main page
