I’ve been struggling with a long-standing issue: on all platforms, ChatGPT does not allow me to successfully delete chats. As a result, my exported HTML files have grown to over 1GB, making them impossible to open. It also takes a lot of time and effort to maintain and organize my chats.
After searching around, I found that many others are experiencing the same issue. Some people suggested archiving chats before deleting them, but I tested this on every platform and it doesn’t work.
Has anyone else run into this problem? Why has it remained unresolved for so long? How are you all dealing with this issue?
