I received OpenAI credits on my account before I had spent 5 USD in actual payments, and now I’m stuck in the Free usage tier while the system keeps using those credits. I can’t reach Tier 1 to get higher limits without paying extra out of pocket first, which is really frustrating because I already have a large credit balance that I’m trying to use. And there is no way to disable credits and pay. How stupid of a system is this.
