I’ve been a plus subscriber for quite a while. I just found out to go into Settings → Beta features, and turn on Browse with Bing and Plugins. I logged out and logged back in. It still doesn’t show me Bing or Plugins when I hover over GPT-3.5 or GPT-4. The center of the screen does show “ChatGPT PLUS”.
