I’m currently having this issue when I try to upload an “avatar” or image for a custom GPT. I got several “unknown error” messages and then “Failed upload to files . oaiusercontent . com. Please ensure your network settings allow access to this site or contact your network administrator.”
- I am my own network administrator on my home network.
- My firewall on this computer is not active.
- When I connect through a mobile hotspot I continue to get “unknown error” messages.
- Apple M1 Max, MacOS Tahoe v.26.1
- Incognito Mode does not solve it for me
- Turning firewall off and on or on and off does not solve it for me
- Other browsers do not work
- Internet provider troubleshooting did not work
