Status of Dedicated Instance Requests and How to Contact OpenAI Support Team Regarding Dedicated Instance

Hi everyone,

I’m curious to know if anyone in the OpenAI community has submitted a request for a dedicated instance, and if so, has anyone received their dedicated instance yet?

Additionally, I’m wondering if anyone has any information on how to directly contact the OpenAI support team regarding the dedicated instance. I’ve tried talking to the chatbot on the help page, but it keeps responding that it couldn’t find an answer to my question, and I was unable to find a way to transfer the chat to a human team member.

If anyone knows of a way to transfer the chat to a human member or how to directly contact the OpenAI support team, I would really appreciate your help.
