- After waiting 10 to 15 minutes, does it still say “Unable to generate”?
- Is this happening every time you try, or only sometimes?
- If you reuse the exact same prompt, does it fail again?
Those details will help figure out whether this is prompt-specific or something broader going on.

It does it constantly, and it’s been doing it lately. And yeah, no matter what I do, it still does the same error. Something really bad is going on. And yes, if I reuse the same prompt, it does fail again. And as for your question, “Is this happening every time you try, or only sometimes?” Yes, and it only works a few times before that error pops up.
I’m having the exact same issue, constantly already 4 days in a row.
I’m having the same exact problem since last night. Any prompt I try to use just return “Unable to process request”. Tried all different kinds of prompts and even remixing or extending. All do the same thing.

Any updates on this? I’m getting this consistently, regardless of the prompt I’m feeding. I haven’t been able to generate anything for 7 days now. It only applies to Sora 2 btw, not Sora 1.
