I had the duplication problem one week ago. Now the library as such seems to work for me, but I can’t generate, for on the top of the library there’s an eternally loading generation I can’t stop or delete, and it’s not listed under “activity”. So I just get the

You can only generate 1 image or video at a time
Upgrade to generate more images or videos at the same time

notification. Also deleting previous generations doesn’t help (while it sometimes did help).

I think it’s the same issue as described in the original post.

It never stopped happening. The bug retreated but never went away. Check their discord, people have been reporting this bug and related bugs for days.

Something needs to be done in order to get to the bottom of this.

I had the same problem. But it fixed itself, I don’t understand what happened, and now the pictures I deleted are coming back. Sora is crazy.

Well they should; that people have resorted to posting here is a symptom of how bad their support is, along the lines of ‘have you tried turning it off and on again?’

I got a guidelines notification then I just deleted the app then reinstalled it then it was loading forever
