So I updated chatgpt today…the update included video ans screensharing options.

Which are super cool (even though I get slow responses)

But there is a new problem!!

The Memory is fu*&ed…

In the middle of talking, it forgot everything. The whole chat.

And it can’t recall past events that are SAVED in the memory.

Recently, the app has been handling only a command per session when typed, losing the context of a back-and-forth conversation. Meanwhile, the speech part is ok and the web text too. It’s an odd inconsistency.

I have the same issue. Chatgpt forgets who and what we are talking about when I give it follow-up questions.

I could ask “what do you remember about x person or x event”

And it would start listing them. Easy

Now it says it can’t recall…

Like why? Those are in the memory…(strange)

Exactly. But the web version works and provides the correct answer, with the same account.
The issue is with the text in the app. The voice works in the app and gives a Yes.

Same issue in the app. Every message in an existing thread is like starting a new thread. All context is lost.
