Snapchat AI’s TTS ability?

If the Snapchat AI has a voice model that allows it to generate speech in a variety of different languages and styles, will there be a TTS system added to run the generated speech?

In theory could you then use it to have a full on voice to voice evolving conversation with the AI? With the new realistic voice ai that’s coming out would it be like having a conversation with a real person you could talk to about anything?

Not super sure what you mean by that. Yes, generating speech means TTS (text-to-speech).

In theory, though I’m sure a discerning listener would wonder about the lag, timing, and tone of responses. And this is the OpenAI forum, I don’t know about Snapchat’s capabilities or product plans
