I have been a user since the early ChatGPT days when it was first launched in Europe, I’ve watched it grow into a product that is now essential to my workflow, but a lot of us have had serious issues with bugs and downtime for the past week or more, I have used 3 of my resets in 3 days. Although certain issues have improved I feel that users should get free usage resets for long periods of downtime. I think it’s only fair, it would promote a good image for the company and it would allow many of us to catch up on the work we have been missing. ---

Hi @Barry\_k, Thank you for being a long-time user and part of our community. I understand how the downtime disrupted your workflow, and we apologize for that. We’re continually working to improve the experience for our users. We don’t currently have a published policy guaranteeing free usage resets after downtime, but I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thanks again for sharing your feedback. – AJ ---
