I have been a user since the early ChatGPT days when it was first launched in Europe, I’ve watched it grow into a product that is now essential to my workflow, but a lot of us have had serious issues with bugs and downtime for the past week or more, I have used 3 of my resets in 3 days.
Although certain issues have improved I feel that users should get free usage resets for long periods of downtime. I think it’s only fair, it would promote a good image for the company and it would allow many of us to catch up on the work we have been missing.
