Two simple features need to be added:

1. The ability to pin something within a chat i.e. a link (just like you can in microsoft teams) .EDIT TOO ADD…I KNOW YOU CAN PIN ENTIRE CHATS. I AM SAYING PIN SOMETHING WITHIN A CHAT TO THE TOP OF THAT CHAT LIKE YOU CAN IN MICROSOFT TEAMS AND IT APPEARS AS A BANNER WITHIN THAT CHAT.

2)The ability to choose what stays under recent. It is a lot of visual clutter to have a long list of recent chats (yes I know you can press the arrow up button, but to quickly search through chats it should be optional for a customer to have to see a chat that they have already added to a project folder. EDIT TO ADD: WHEN YOU HIT THE THREE DOTS NEXT TO SOMETHING IN RECENT THE ABILITY TO HIDE THAT SHOULD BE PRESENT.

To pin a named chat under “pinned” in the sidebar, appearing above others:

A long chat will be counter-productive for overall quality; I would not persist so long that you need to discover individual turns within.

Hi @ **amandalynn**

Thanks for sharing this. As **\_j** mentioned, you can already **pin an entire chat in the sidebar** so it appears under **Pinned** for easier access.

ChatGPT also supports **pinning specific content within a chat** through the **“…” menu** on the relevant message.

As **\_j** also noted, very long conversations can become harder to manage and may affect overall chat quality, so starting a new chat when a conversation becomes too long can help keep things more focused and easier to navigate.
