Sidebar Title Visibility Issue

Platform Version: Chromium browsers, Win 11 x64

Issue Summary: The full titles of GPTs in the sidebar are not visible, even when hovering the pointer over them. Additionally, the sidebar cannot be resized to accommodate longer titles, making it difficult to identify and manage multiple GPTs.

Impact: This issue disrupts workflow efficiency, as I cannot quickly differentiate between GPTs with longer names.
Requested Solutions:

  1. Allow Sidebar Resizing: Enable users to stretch the sidebar to view full titles.
  2. Improve Tooltip Functionality: Ensure full titles are displayed on hover.
  3. Text Wrapping: Implement text wrapping or multiline title display.

Conclusion: This issue significantly impacts usability. Prompt resolution would greatly enhance the user experience.

Hi. For me it’s happening the same thing, my sidebar should have at least 15 bots, but the scroll down is not there

did you solve it? i hace the same problem…

Impossible. I was given some instructions, with zero success

I also notice the loss of ‘show more’ that can expand the GPT area to display more pinned GPTs.

Choosing “hide from sidebar” on one, and the next pops into view. The HTML elements are not there, a script reloads the area upon deletion.

A hard refresh. No difference. Removing all the cookies and local storage for chatgpt.com, openai.com, auth.openai.com, platform.openai.com, and it working by needing to log in again. No difference.

That there is no larger concern on the forum speaks to the lack of concern about GPTs in general.

You can type “@” as the first character input into the prompt box, and it will bring up a longer list of recently-used GPTs, with an option to pin those that are not, if you want to optimize a shorter list of those visible, or search.

I have the same problem. I tried everything suggested, but nothing worked. There’s very little space to pin GPTs; in my case, I can only see 4, whereas before, I had nearly 15.

The @ is ok but sometines it got me confused because seems like you loss the current conversation with the GPT to come back to generic GPT
