Hi, I cannot seem to find any documentation regarding the Workflow settings in the Agent Builder:
I’m curious about how this works, since when adding a custom MCP server, the info bubble warns that “If you save this prompt we won’t persist these headers outside of the current session. You’ll need to enter it again when you reload the prompt”:
I’m not really sure what that means to be honest, but I’m assuming that whenever someone uses my chatbot app that is built with Agent Builder and ChatKit, the MCP server connection will not work since I would have to re-add the API key? Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
I would like to know if adding my MCP server’s API key as a secret in the Workflow settings will persist it, and then referencing the secret in the MCP server configuration is enough to ensure I don’t have to keep re-adding the API key to the MCP server config?
