Set skill access to a group with an option of "installed"

Current in my ChatGPT Enterprise, I can go to workspace/skills, select “Change who has access” action and there are several options there. I can a) Invite a person or a group b) Invite anyone in the organization c) Install for everyone in the organization.

The critical option that is missing for me is to be able to Install for a person or a group. It is like option a) - but not just an invite but having skill be automatically installed. The way it is now, every person in our group has to go into his plugin/skills tab and go through each of 40 skills and install them manually. So is there a way to install skills from administration for a group of people?

Secondly, the UI could be enhanced with a select (checkbox) option in the skills list, so that certain actions like “delete” , “access”, etc. could be targeted at multiple skills at once.

Thanks for sharing this! Eligible plugins can now be installed by default for a workspace role, as explained in the workspace setup guide. This may help distribute skills bundled with those plugins.

Your request for installing skills for specific groups and managing them through bulk actions would offer more targeted control. We will pass both suggestions along internally, though we cannot promise whether or when they might be added.
