The current Chat section groups ordinary conversations together with Work sessions that have not been assigned to a Project. These are different interaction types and should not be classified solely by project membership. Chat and Work should first be separated by session type, then organized as either Project or Unfiled. An unfiled Work session should remain under Work rather than appear as a normal chat. This would make navigation clearer and preserve the distinction between conversation and execution.
