Sending files in the GPT actions

Hi everyone,

In this article in the documentation they say that if I want to send a file via the API then I should use “openaiFileIdRefs”, I guess that this supposes that I am the API provider so I can modify the parameters it receives, right?
But if I am not the provider of the API (let’s say I want to call an API in Rapidapi) how can I use that parameter?
