Send button is Grey only for my most important chat

Hi,

I’m on the paid ChatGPT plus sbuscription.
Today, one of my chats is not working.
The send button is greyed out, only for this chat that I’m trying to customize through the Chat.
It’s also greyed out in my phone’s ChatGPT app for this particular chat Only.

Initially, it shows that it’s using GPT-4o Mini and I couldn’t toggle between the models as they’re all greyed out too.

And now, suddenly it’s showing GPT-4o with the send button greyed out.

OpenAI, please advise what is the issue as there is no other way for me to solve and diagnose this at all. There is no way for me to duplicate the chat as well.

This shouldn’t be happening on a paid subscription that’s supposed to be unlimited.

I’ve attempted to duplicate the chat by copying the whole chat into another brand new chat. It was working for a while and Greyed out Send button again!

I’m sure this is a bug. It was fine previously!
