Selling DALL - E generated images as NFT out of the U.S

Dear All,

I’m writing from Italy.

I see OpenAI gives permission for users to commercialize DALL . E-created images as NFT, according to July’s statement.

My question is: since I’m not from the United States, this permission is still valid for me?
The taxation of the sales would of course be subject to Italian law.
