Select 5.6 or 6pro,but be routed to a small model (e.g., GPT 5.5 mini)

I I’ve activated the Pro subscription, but no matter which model I select, I get routed to a smaller model like 5.5 mini.
I have taken the following measures, but the issue persists:

  • Initiated MFA verification
  • Changed the password
  • Logged out of all accounts and logged back in
  • Logged in using a security key
