- Attempts to scale word count (e.g., asking for 6,000 words) result in slightly longer outputs but still far below target.

• Thread Access Issues:
- At times, new threads were unable to access content or context from existing threads.
- This problem appeared to resolve on its own temporarily but created confusion and delays.

• File Upload Failures:
- Uploading files has repeatedly failed, especially when trying to upload Word documents with essential headers for analysis.
- Even smaller, simplified text-based files have encountered issues.

• System Freezing and Slow Responses:
- The AI frequently freezes or processes responses extremely slowly, making even basic interactions difficult.

STEPS TAKEN SO FAR

    • Tried generating content in entirely new threads to isolate the problem but still encountered word count limitations.
