Security issues or your internal mess

Hi, first of all, I’ll tell you that I’m disappointed, frustrated and upset by having to write here, so excuse me for my message.

There’s no email support at all, your chatbot is useless with a complete lack of options to choose and there’s no f*****g way to reach any human being able to support you with the topic I was concerned about before, neither by email nor with any miserable form, your revenue in 2023 was 2 billion dollars. I can’t believe you cannot set up a support team, and you will tell me about knowledge sharing…well, are you supposed to be smart enough to teach your mates using your system?

It’s unacceptable to wait still (probably) answers to messages sent MONTHS ago, ultimately leading to losing my best-paid ever previous job, so thanks.

Now the problem is personal, or someone else is using my own paid account, as I see chats not created by me, or your systems are messed up, showing me chats belonging to someone in China or Asian countries.

As you can see in this screenshot, two chats are available in some language I don’t understand.

I’ve changed my Google Services account passwords twice. I’ve also changed the password linked to the email in my Gmail account; I’ve enabled the two-factor login. And despite that, conversations still appeared.

Who can help check what’s going on here?
Is there any way to close all the sessions that have been opened anywhere?

Moreover, my chat history is lost. How long is this data available?

Again, sorry for my manners, but I’m very concerned about security and data topics and don’t like my chats appearing elsewhere or someone else reading what I’m into. Moreover, the detail about my previous job, where the company needed enterprise licenses, and I couldn’t get any, despite sending emails, posting in the forum in the proper place, etc.

Can someone help on these topics?
