It’s the second time in a row I (and apparently many others) get skipped for the banked usage reset. I’m on Pro 20x, what’s needed to qualify ? It was said that it’s for all users. Am I missing something ? ---

hi! i am on pro x5 plan but i have never received a bank reset since the start. is anybody facing the same issue? Same thing here. Did get resets before, but since I upgraded to 20x, I got none of the banked resets ---

when did u upgrade to 20x? i upgraded to 5x on 15 june and i have not gotten a single banked reset since then. ---

On the 26th, from the Pro 5x, had a few hours without a plan at all, so wasn’t a “true” upgrade ---

So I finally took proper dive into Codex and I like it. But I ran into my weekly usage limit. I thought I shouldn’t be too worried about that since OpenAI (and Tibo on X etc) have announced several times that there are free resets (one on launch and another was promised later) for paid users. I am Plus user but have not received any Codex reset. I created support case 10978203 about this, would appreciate a human took a look and granted me the reset so I could continue working. Btw, the AI agent responding to support cases is useless for issues like this. EDIT: Got response from human (I think) that OpenAI did not actually give usage resets to everyone even though they clearly implied that in their marketing. Very disappointing. ---

On X they did not just imply this, but spelled it outright - that _everyone_ is getting it. In any case I’ve been subscribed to 20x Pro for a month now, didn’t get _any_ banked resets in that time. Even when they claimed that everyone is getting one. AI Support is providing nonsense answers, human support still did not get with any meaningful answer. Why do they let that Tibo guy spread lies / false advertising on X? The banked resets are obviously not for everyone. Pretty annoying. ---

I’m subscribed to the Pro x5 plan, but I have never received a bank reset since my subscription started. Already tried everything from restarting the app to checking CLI still nothing! I’ve already contacted OpenAI Support, and my support case number is **11506406**. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, were you able to get it resolved, and how long did it take? Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks! ---

I am having the same issue except it is with multiple accounts. I think of the 7 different resets that I can identify in the past 14 days or so, we have gotten 3. I tried contacting support directly and ended up in a mobius strip of nonsense where I would re-explain the problem and then they would rephrase the reply, and it got absolutely nowhere. They just kept on saying that they could not give me any resets, and I was saying that I did not want to be given any resets. I wanted to make sure that my account in future was eligible for resets, like 99.9% of accounts seem to be. I understand that the resets are free and that they are a show of goodwill, but it is frustrating when we are working on developing a product and hitting usage limits while everybody else is running 5.6 Sol seemingly on Max or Ultra. They are also a way of making up for the fact that there were and are various bugs in the new version of Codex, including one that caused tokens to be used significantly faster over the weekend, which really didn’t help with our development schedule. Not only are we hitting quota limitations, but we are also hitting errors about the model being unavailable because it’s slammed, which It is great for OpenAI, but a little frustrating given a lot of that usage is being given away for free and affecting long term paying users ---
