I have hundreds of ChatGPT conversations. I want a global search that finds every conversation containing a keyword and highlights where that keyword appears. The search should work across all chats, support partial matches, and allow filtering by date.

Making conversations easier to manage, search, and review would be a helpful improvement, especially for users with a large chat history.
