Search the Web problem in windows

since 2 days ago my gpt can’t use search the web in my laptop, but when i use chatgpt on my android that feature works. how does that even happen?

I’m facing the same problem.

  1. Reasoning does not work. (Neither o1-preview nor o1-mini)
    The model does not do any reasoning and reply instantly.

  2. Cannot browse web.

  3. Unable to view images.

  4. Cannot generate images either.
