I’m experiencing a bug in the ChatGPT app’s Plugins section. When I type in the search bar, the keystrokes appear in an inverted/reversed order instead of the order I’m typing them.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the Plugins section.
Tap the search bar.
Start typing a search query.
Expected Behavior: The text should appear in the same order as the keys are typed.
Actual Behavior: The characters are entered in an inverted/reversed order, making it difficult to search for plugins.

Thanks for reporting this, @austinjose.r74. Reversed typing in the Plugins search bar definitely sounds like a bug.
A few things worth trying first:
- Update the ChatGPT app and restart your phone.
- Force stop the app, then clear its cache.
- Test with another keyboard app to see whether the issue is keyboard-specific.
If it continues, please email support@openai.com with your Android version, ChatGPT app version, device model, and a short screen recording showing the issue. Those details should help the support team reproduce it.
