Hi, I’m a paid ChatGPT Plus subscriber, and I’ve recently had multiple messages get flagged and removed, even though they contain nothing inappropriate.
For example, a message asking “What is deductive reasoning?” was blocked, and other messages about emotional recovery, spiritual growth, and journaling have also been wrongfully flagged.
I’ve reached out to support and emailed already (with screenshots), but haven’t received a helpful response. The thumbs-down feedback button doesn’t let me explain anything either — it just sends the flag with no way to clarify.
I rely on ChatGPT daily for healing and mental wellness, so this is seriously affecting my experience. I’m asking for someone to review what’s going on with my account’s moderation settings or explain if something has changed.
