Runs waiting forever to complete

Starting yesterday, my Assistant runs are just waiting forever to complete. Is anybody facing this issue?

Running the prompt in the Playground for the same Assistant now shows:

You exceeded your current quota; please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs:

My usage shows

But when I checked the billing page and scrolled down, it seemed I was Tier 1, and my credit balance was $-.67.

On buying additional credits, it’s back up.

Having clearer documentation and returning clear status responses that we can check against will be nicer.
