RSS to Image to Video - Testing in process

Hi,

I have recently created a financial news page on instagram. So this is basically fetching data from RSS, rephrasing using GPT 3.5 and posting the news articles.
While posting the articles, I have used static background images which are randomly selected from a pool of images.

Now I am planning to create videos with AI voiceover and relevant background.

I am stuck here, and do not know how to proceed.
Would apricate some help.

This seems like a doable project, but I would guess you would need to have a starting budget of around $10,000 for developing it.
