OpenAI has introduced **Rosalind Workbench** , a scientific research environment that brings biological questions, specialized models, analysis tools, interactive viewers, and reviewable results into one workflow. Built on **GPT-Rosalind** , it supports areas including: - Protein structure and sequence analysis - Genomics and NGS workflows, including FASTQ QC, bulk RNA-seq, and single-cell analysis - Medicinal chemistry and small-molecule design - Experimental planning and evidence review Notable features include guided scientific tasks, the Molecular Structure Viewer, Biological Sequence & Alignment Viewer, Slide Viewer, and traceable analysis plans and outputs.
