I developed an application based on RealTimeAPI and LiveKit for customer service, but I’m having an issue retrieving the user’s phone number.
I’d like to find a solution to correctly retrieve the user’s phone number. I tried using a tool, but the model isn’t very accurate with phone numbers and sometimes gets them wrong.
I was thinking of developing an architecture that pauses the conversation and requests the phone number through the user’s phone keypad.
Does anyone have an idea on how to develop this?
Or do you have other suggestions for retrieving the correct phone number?
