Retrieving exchanges in a single chat thread

I intensively use Chatgpt for research purposes and oftentimes I have to copy and paste my important messages to a notepad so that I don’t forget them and this is very time-consuming I must say.

Is there a plugin out there that would help me do that in a more efficient way? or anything that could help me save my important information in the chat field itself instead of externally saving it?

I mean, you can do the data export from within settings to get a complete copy of all of your data emailed to you.

I guess it’s not entirely clear what exactly you’re attempting to achieve.
