I applied to the OpenAI Research Access Program via the SurveyMonkey form on December 8–9, and on December 12 I resubmitted after being asked to include my organization ID.
My submissions currently show “Submitted” on the SurveyMonkey Apply platform, but I haven’t received any email confirmation or further updates since then.
I also tried contacting the email address listed in the form, but the message was returned as undeliverable.
Could you please let me know whether there is another official channel for Research Access Program inquiries, or if there is any way to confirm that my updated submission is in the review queue?
