Request to fix bugs in the openai api platform's organization billing page

I have encountered errors adding payment methods or refilling my API account credit. This issue only happens in one of the organizations linked to my account, and it can be replicated stably on my end.

I’ve been trying to contact the support team via emails and online chats for weeks, but nobody ever replied once.
