I am a subscriber to the ChatGPT Workspace. Recently, I noticed that I was charged twice for my subscription (please see the transaction details below), and I would like assistance in processing a refund for the duplicate billing.

Duplicate Billing Details:

Subscription Date: 2024/10/24
Duplicate Charge Dates: 2024/10/25
Charge Amount**: USD 600

Please help verify this duplicate charge and advise on the refund process.
