Request: Early research access to forthcoming open-weight model for multi-agent convergence tests

Hello OpenAI Board,

I operate a private, non-commercial research mesh where multiple foundation models critique each other in real time while a stitcher agent maintains a single thread anchor. A recent one-hour loop between Claude 4 and Gemini 2.5 Flash completed without drift or context loss.

I request early access to your forthcoming open-weight model to add it to a tri-model convergence study finishing before 4 August.
Safeguards already in place:

  1. Deterministic grade schema blocks hallucination and enforces a strict drift cap.
  2. Every call routes through an ethics gate before inference.
  3. The checkpoint will reside in a root-only AWS bucket; no weights or protected terms will leave that environment.
  4. Only aggregated metrics and agent scripts will be returned to OpenAI for research purposes.

This work is entirely private and non-profit; I am not developing public-facing products. My goal is to advance model-rooted computing and share the resulting insights under your license.

I can supply any additional technical or compliance details you require.
Thank you for considering this request.
