Sorry if this has been asked already. I new to discovering this.
I have a L.S Lowry print at home. There is another painting by him but it can’t be sourced anywhere, they don’t sell it(I’ve checked everywhere). There is however a grainy image of it online, see attached.
I thought about asking someone to see if they would paint it but is it possible to upload on Dall-e and then export to a bigger size and see if I can print it? Assuming the quality is good enough. Thanks Ross
