Regression of the June verification-sync bug? Business identity Approved but plugins/identities returns only “individual” (case 13949365)

This looks like the same class as the issue fixed on June 5 (thread “Business and individual verification succeeded, but cannot submit”): both verifications show Approved in org settings, but the Developer Identity dropdown in the plugin submission form offers only the individual identity.

Facts, stable for 8+ days:

  • GET /v1/dashapi/plugins/identities returns exactly one entry — {"identities":[{"display_name":"…","entity_type":"individual"}]}. The business identity is never returned, so it is not a stale UI state.
  • Unchanged across sign-out/in, fresh tabs, and an org rename. Business verification Approved since Aug 28.
  • Org: org-■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ (sole org, sole project on the account), app draft: asdk_app_6a91a43d0b588191909be9aa651290f7 (“Protime Register”).
  • Support confirmed on Aug 29: “This does look like a backend provisioning gap: even with Business verification approved in settings, the plugin identities endpoint can still return only the individual identity” and escalated (case 13949365) — but the specialist team has not responded in a week; follow-ups produce the identical escalation boilerplate.
  • I checked the only self-service cause listed in the submission docs: I am the sole Owner, and the Owner role carries Apps Management: Write.
  • The June guidance was to resubmit verification — but there is no self-service way to do that: in the Approved state, neither the Verifications panel nor the submission form offers any re-verify entry point.

Could someone run the org check that resolved the June cases, or reset my business verification so I can re-run it? The app is finished and submission-ready — this is the only blocker. Publishing under the individual identity is not an option: the website and imprint are operated by the company, so that would be a mismatched publisher identity.
