Regression bug: apps enabled, but cannot be invoked nor seen in the UI dropdown

Since a couple of hours ago, ChatGPT has been glitching hard, at least for enterprise customers.

After enabling apps, they cannot be seen nor invoked anywhere. In the Workspace settings, the apps appear as “disabled by the admin“ even though I’m the owner of the enterprise account, but in another screen, they appear as “enabled”.

Please fix this ASAP.
