# Recurring issues that continue to increase every day

OpenAI seems quite determined to worsen the service it provides day by day.

Leaving aside the past errors that caused 1-2 hours of lost time, I would like to talk about the cycle of issues specific to today that resulted in me completing the day with zero productivity:

1. The model freezing while responding, the response failing to render, and because of this, the chat locking up after waiting 15 minutes for a response, forcing me to branch the conversation, and the waste of time this creates.

2. When attempting to stop the model while it is generating a response, entering an infinite thinking loop in most cases—except for a few—and once again forcing me to branch.

3. The “unable to load chat” error that I encountered for the first time today, the fact that I cannot open any project chat or the project homepage, and it becoming completely unusable.

4. When attempting to upload an image or screenshot, the error: “Upload failed due to a network issue. Please check your connection and try again.”

5. Making it seem like you are emailing a real person by having a real person’s name at the bottom and providing human-like responses, but in reality, the author is a chatbot. How did I figure it out? While emailing for days regarding similar support requests, when I sent a link in the email thread I had with a human today for them to review a complaint post here, a response came back from the bot in seconds.

6. For a service paid $200, there is no attempt whatsoever to fix the issues; it gets worse by the day—so much worse, in fact, that due to similar issues, it essentially means that around a whole week of the paid plan ends up being used unproductively in total.

7. It sent my job application email by itself without giving me permission to send, and did not make me approve it. Furthermore, on top of that, it sent a different email that I had already approved for a second time.

I’m not even getting into the mental exhaustion and toll caused by the anger and stress I felt throughout the day.

I am not very active in communities like this, but I have now realized that sending emails for these issues is of no use whatsoever, and I am here because I am curious if there is anyone else in the same situation as me.
